How to Submit Your Cards
We’ve made the process of submitting your collectible cards for encapsulation as simple as possible. Whether you’re a seasoned collector or a first time submitter, this step-by-step guide will walk you through the process.
Step 1: Fill Out the Online Submission Form
Complete the online submission form. Provide accurate and detailed information about your cards, including any special instructions or considerations. Double-check your submission to ensure it’s complete. Entering your contact details.
Step 2: Package Your Cards
Carefully package your collectible cards to ensure their protection during shipping. Use card sleeves and card savers for each card.
Step 3: Print Shipping Labels
Once you’ve submitted your form, you’ll receive shipping instructions and labels. Print the provided shipping labels and attach them to your package. We recommend using a reliable shipping service with tracking capabilities to ensure the safe delivery of your cards to our facility.
Step 4: Send Your Package
Drop off your package at the designated shipping location, and be sure to keep your tracking number for reference. Your cards will be on their way to us.
Step 5: Tracking Your Submission

Step 6: Receiving Your Encased Cards
