At Encaseify, we are dedicated to providing our customers with enhanced transparency throughout the entire process of handling your collectibles — from the moment you prepare them for shipping to the exciting moment when you open the box containing your authenticated and encapsulated items.
Here’s a detailed overview of the 6 steps we meticulously follow during the authentication and encapsulation of your collectibles:
1. Order Received
Upon the arrival of your package, you will receive an email notification alerting you to the package’s receipt. Your Account and Orders pages are promptly updated to reflect the arrival of your items. Please note that an Order Number will be assigned after we enter your submission into our system to initiate the authentication process.
2. Order Preparation
Your submission undergoes meticulous review and entry into Encaseify’s system. During this process, all cards are carefully accounted for and placed, along with the submission form, into an individual box based on their service level. A unique order number is generated and sent to you for confirmation, marking the commencement of the next stage. Your status bar advances to the next step, and additional details are added to your Orders page.
Note: Submissions with significant errors or out-of-order cards may be placed on “Receive-Hold” until we contact you for resolution. Turnaround time begins once the issues are resolved.
3. Research
This step involves thorough research to ensure accurate information is noted on your card label, along with a confirmation of each card’s authenticity. While we strive for complete accuracy, we encourage submitters to verify their cards for proper identification and authenticity.
4. Assembly
Based on the information gathered during the Research stage, Encaseify labels are printed, containing each card’s description and certification number. In cases where a card does not meet grading requirements, it is returned in the semi rigid holder or top loader that it originally came with. The printed label and item are sonic sealed in Encaseify’s tamper evident plastic holder.
5. Quality Assurance
A final quality control check is conducted to inspect holders and labels for any imperfections. Any loose material, mislabelling, or required changes are addressed to ensure the highest quality standards.
6. Shipped
A final review of your order is conducted to confirm all aspects, including the return shipping address. Once verified, your order is shipped, and a final email confirmation with the tracking number is sent to you.
Upon receiving your package, we recommend reviewing your order within five days to report any discrepancies to Encaseify. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we aim to make every step of the process seamless for you.
